Yoga for Athletes is great cross-training for the active individual. Whether you're a gym goer or endurance runner, yoga can help you gain strength, flexibility, and stamina to improve your performance in your sport.
24HIIT is a 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training class to help improve athletic capacity and condition as well as burn fat. In 24HIIT, you'll perform short bursts of body weight exercises, use weighted equipment such as slam balls, and use cardio equipment such as assault bikes and rowers.
LITT Fit is a 45 minute Low Intensity Interval Training class to help add strength and increase flexibility. Each class ranges from a total body focus, to core strength, to mat Pilate moves.
Sunday's Beach Fit Camp is a free community fitness event in Santa Monica with options to stretch, play dodgeball and get some strength and conditioning exercises with the boot camp.
And don't miss out on the best part of the class - the Post Recovery Social Party!! Each class is complimented with a pre workout drink and post recovery nutrition shake designed to supply your hard worked muscles with proper nutrition.
